We have completed the first block of Pilates Classes!
It’s been fantastic to see the improvements made during the 8 weeks. I have seen great changes in clients flexibility, improved movement patterns and improved core control.
I hope that clients will be able to continue some of the exercises at home to maintain the fantastic achievements made during the 8 weeks.
I am so pleased that a lot of people are going to continue the Pilates classes in the new year.
