Your first appointment lasts around 60 minutes. During this 60 min initial assessment your problems will be identified and highlighted. Your motivation and commitment is assessed, you are then taken through our programme and finally presented with the most suitable package options to achieve your goals, aims and desires. During this initial assessment you will also be treated for your condition.
